Keep in mind that Client Intake and Health History forms MUST be filled out prior to the massage session.  This process usually takes about 10 minutes.  Please arrive on time (or early, if possible) for your appointments so that I can serve all my clients in a timely fashion.

I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments must be canceled or rescheduled, but please call at least 24 hours before your appointment to do so, if necessary.
